Appologises to everyone who has had email problems this morning. This was due to something outside my control. Work has been undertaken at the datacentre (where servers live on the internet!) There were a few problems that should not have effected any of NetNeo clients. However, there was an issue this morning which did effect us all including website access and email outages. No email has been lost during this period as the email server routed to a backup email facility. For more details read full announcement.
